Finance team Jeff, Frank Carcamo and other are liars! Went to to AutoNation Honda Miami Lakes for my first car purchase. The sales person Ali was exelent at doing his part, getting the cars i wanted to te Went to to AutoNation Honda Miami Lakes for my first car purchase. The sales person Ali was exelent at doing his part, getting the cars i wanted to test and what not. After finally agreeing to the car price, went over to speak with the Finance department in this case i spoke to Jeff. upon reviewing all the papers and getting my additional coverage pvc which included 10 included oil changes and tire rotations. i was able to take my car home. Two days go buy i get a call from Jeff (finance department) told me they were able to lower my montly payments and i had to go back to the dealer to sign a new contract. Went to the dealer and i i signed all the new paperwork and JEFF told me everything was the same nothing had changed. all good till that point. Fast forward till 11/14 i went for my first oil change that should be coverd with the plans i got. well, when i got there the service department told me i didnt have the plan. i showed them all the paper work i had. Still they told me i didnt have it. they took me to the finance department where i was greeted by a different finance manager i explained to him and told me that upon signing my new contract they had taken all the extra plans i had decided to purschse back when i had purchased the car. Basically they didnt want to accept the fault that they did not tell what they had taken the plans i got and lied to my face. then in this same visit sales manager frank carcamo comes around and then still does not admit fault of nothing told me i still had to pay for my oil changes and services because thats how life is. another manager at one point laughed at me and walked out. Very rude finance team that didnt do atleast something to help understand my side of things.! these people lied to me for no reason, because i would had been fine if they told me they needed to take some things away from my finance. Stay away from this dealer, better off to take your money somewhere else, where atleast they are not trying to scam you in a little or big way. More

After we agreed on a price for the Honda CRV both xxxxxxxx colluded to sneek some extras charges so xxx Adrian could have additional commission or whatever else they used the money for. Autonation works in a constant mode of dishonesty, deceit and driven to swindle, cheat and steal from each customer as much money as possible. You and the others that work at Autonation go to work to cheat hard working people out of money through dishonest schemes. I will never buy another car or anything else from any Autonation dealership. I am very driven to tell everyone about my disgusting experience at Autonation. I have 9 reviews in major websites. I have also written about the filthy behavior at Autonation Honda in 12 Honda products forums and 3 Honda CRV forums. I am just getting started too. I will be writing to all TV stations in the Palm Beach, Broward and Dade counties. You people at Autonation Honda are vulgar and dishonest xxxxxxxx. More

Great service I bought a Honda Oddyssey 2013 about 6 month a go,since i bought it i notice 3 different time the brake petal when all the way down i call firts time I bought a Honda Oddyssey 2013 about 6 month a go,since i bought it i notice 3 different time the brake petal when all the way down i call firts time took it for a check but they didnt found nothing and they where other claims of the same in the sistem...Yesterday i was near the the Auto Nation Honda of Holywood when the brake pedal when all the way down and the car didnt whant to stop,but because i was near the hollywood store when to the service area where those people check the car saw the pedal go down and told me that was normal , i told them i almost hit a car about 5 min a go cause didnt have brake,the people in Auto Nation Honda in Hollywood did not want to help me and treat me like a dog,I CALL Neal Cambell at the Miami Lakes store and told me to drive down there,he check the car and told me that i have to leave the car there ,they got me a rental car they treat me Real GOOD at MIAMI Lakes Honda.Neal call me today and told me that the car did had a problem and they are going to fix it...i aprecciated Auto Nation Honda of Miami Lakes great people,but i dont recommend to go to the Auto Nation Honda in Hollywood because i coudl have and accident beacause of the problem and they just dind care..... Horrible experience . Typical "bait and switch". We agreed on one price and signed the AN Sales Menu. When I decided to buy, I was told that this price was a mistake and . Typical "bait and switch". I decided to buy and signed all required papers. A couple of days later I was told that the interest rate I got with Honda was a mistake too, and the interest rate was actually 2% higher. I had too options - return the car or accept the new interest rate. I would not suggest this car dealership to anybody. More

Once again received the service I have always received from this business...100% satisfaction. I want to thank Ted Hockenberry for being professional, helpful with my inquiries, taking the time to understand my requests and helping me with the purchase of my new adorable vehicle! A couple weeks, after the purchase he called to confirm everything was okay and did we have any questions. I highly recommend you shop at AutoNation Honda in Miami Lakes. More
Cuando busque hacer negocio con AutoNation Miami Lakes espere encontrarme frente a una empresa seria, pero realmente me lleve una sorpresa, me acerque un dia averiguar por honda civic 2014 y me atendio el espere encontrarme frente a una empresa seria, pero realmente me lleve una sorpresa, me acerque un dia averiguar por honda civic 2014 y me atendio el vendedro Carlos Alexander Mangual y su supervisor a quienes lea di todos los detalles del negocio, me llamaron al siguiente dia a hacerme una oferta por un vehiculo 2014 Honda Civic y cuando llego al dealer e inicio la espera para que reaizaran todo el procedimiento y papeleo me doy cuenta que lo que busca realmente el vendedor es entregarme un vehiculo con modelo de un ano anterior, me doy cuenta de esto he inmediatamente le recuerdo que el negocio no es con el carro de ese ano a lo que el vendedor me responde que no hay probelama que ya van a organizar, me dejan esperando 2 horas hasta que decido ir almorzar y regresar, le explico al vendedro y me dice que regrese en 30 minutos que esta un poco ocupado, cuando regreso al dealer el vendedor a preguntar por alexander, me atiende otra persona que por que el seguia ocupado y empezamos el tramite de papeleo donde vuelven a decr que es un honda 2013 a lo cual les digo que hay un error, a la hora aparece el manager diciendo que esa oferta no era real y que me deben subir el precio. Realmente me parece una falta de respeto y honestidad, intento de estafa porque lo que buscaban desde un inicio era darme un carro de un ano anterior y cuando vieron que me habia dado cuenta lo unico que hizo el vendedor fue entrar en su oficina y no salir de ahi, ni siquiera a disculparse despues de 3 horas de espera. Es primera vez que doy un Review desfavorable pero veo la necesidad de que las personas que tengan intencion de visitar este Dealer no pasen por esta misma situacion. More
I brought my vehicle(2008 Civic ,29558 mileages,Honda manufacture specs still in place ) to this Honda dealer on July/2013 for just an oil change. They recommended the transmission flush service and I went along with it. BIG MISTAKE!. unbeknown to me at the time ,they overflowed the transmission case above the dipstick level marks(way up).To make this nightmare story short ,I had to bring the vehicle back to this dealer twice, they changed the water pump, belt tensioner, belt an engine mount for a grand total 0f $1717.56.The service advisors were evasive and dismissive of my questions as to why? for all this problems since I have been maintaining my Civic service up to date thru the years at Hollywood Honda without ever confronting any of this emergency repairs. As anybody can see, my car problems are eerily similar to what the previous Honda customer had to face in this place. Coincidence or a trend?. Now, my car has vibrations from the brake pedal up to the steering wheel that I never had before since I bought it brand new from Hollywood Honda back in 2008.NOT a good place to bring your car for service or repairs, but that's just my opinion.
