Upon arrival at the dealership, Jordi passed me onto Carlos Lemus. Carlos was fantastic. He was very friendly and, frankly, got straight to the paperwork of processing my purchase. There was no hassle. We were simply processed and out of the door in a timely fashion. To further my positive experience, these folks were the only car salesman in all of Miami who actually appeared to appreciate the fact that I'd done my homework and wanted to spend my money with them.
