Maintenance -oil change- you arrive and it takes about 30 to 45 just to get someone to help you while you are checking others to ensure they don’t skip you. But the worse part after all that waiting that they keep changing the cost for regular oil change for a 2010 accord supposetely it now cost $100 as of 11/22/22, I was there on 7/23 as it was $40. I will never go back to this dealership tired of the bad service over and over even after being a few blocks away from my house and we only own Hondas in our house. Don’t waste your time and your car service anywhere else. Horrible. More
I was disappointed with the service department technicians reference their lack of thoroughness while servicing my vehicle. Case in point, mechanic did not return wheel lock key to my vehicle afte technicians reference their lack of thoroughness while servicing my vehicle. Case in point, mechanic did not return wheel lock key to my vehicle after service was completed. Fortunately, I realized that the wheel lock key was missing prior to leaving dealership location. In addition, the mechanic failed to reset the oil life maintenance feature on dashboard after completing oil change. Instead, I had to take my vehicle back to the dealership two days later after the initial servicing, to verify if oil was changed and to reset oil life feature to 100%. Base on that experience, I cannot give this dealership top ratings. More
