The customer service ethic needs to be addressed. There was a line of people waiting for one service attendant because he appeared to be the only person working. While we waited in line, one attendant cleaned her station while the other three milled about and chatted with each other. I would have been in and out within five minutes had one of the four inactive attendants decided step up and provide the “excellent” customer service that the dealership wants so badly to earn. I was also surprised when I found out that my tires were rotated, for which I was charged, even though I had stated that all I needed was the oil changed when I was speaking with the attendant that finally checked in my vehicle. Rating the maintenance service is impossible since the only indication as to whether it was done correctly is that my car started and was able to be driven. The reason I would still recommend this service center is because they are better than others that I have visited. More
