I purchased a truck and traded in a car on July 28th from Autonation Honda Miami Lakes. After paperwork was complete we received the keys and prepared to leave. The fuel was on E. I never bought a car and the dealer did not fuel the tank. They told us the gas station was too far away. It was not, literally within 2 miles. They said to take a pic of the receipt and they would mail a check. I did that on the 28th and still no check. Additionally, the detailers removed the spare tire hardware to clean and we didn't notice until we arrived home the hardware was not put back. Again, no response from the dealer on this issue. The car I traded is on the dealer website and the model is wrong. They actually have a lower model advertised. This is the lack of attention to detail this dealership displays... More
