Services my car 7/26 for Oil & Filter change. The service man Julian quoted me $110 initially. Informed him that I normally paid approximately $60-70.I informed him that Rick Case Honda had it f The service man Julian quoted me $110 initially. Informed him that I normally paid approximately $60-70.I informed him that Rick Case Honda had it for $44.99 and normally cost was $ 54.99. Didn’t respond other than the price was now higher. I in formed him that this was abusive and client would leave the dealer. Next time will go to a local mechanic. More

I'm very disappointed on my maintenance service, you guys offered change my 4 tires, finance in your own Honda platform, I specifically said that please do not run my credit, you guys said that no credit wil offered change my 4 tires, finance in your own Honda platform, I specifically said that please do not run my credit, you guys said that no credit will be run, and I accepted, a few minutes later i received a message that my credit was rune and points will be drop, later receive a e-mail from Dignify welcomed me to their credit card, 4 hour later when i was ready to pay, there were an additional $840 charges per labor that nobody mentioned when I accepted finance for my car maintenance. now i have a new deb, and my credit dropped. You guys should be honest up front, not every one can allow pay or finance about $1,700 +, very disappointed More
