ALEXIS and MARIA were exceptional and attentive service representatives. They made sure that me and my vehicle were taken care of. Also, was only there for almost 30 minutes or less. Service advisor (Dario) tried to upsell me on replacing a part that I did not need. The car had not even been fully inspected and he was already hounding me about some bs repair. Before I even had a chance t part that I did not need. The car had not even been fully inspected and he was already hounding me about some bs repair. Before I even had a chance to think it over, he already had a work order ready for my approval - shoving the tablet in my face so as to coerce me to sign. He was pushy to the point of annoyance. I rejected his "service advice" and asked only for an oil change (original reason for my visit). The following day, I had the car evaluated by other mechanics and, sure enough, no such repair was necessary. I have been coming here for 10 years. Austil was my service advisor of choice. He was an honest man who took care of my cars needs - for my benefit and not for his own economic gain. PS: Dario left a grubby oil thumbprint on my white car. Say goodbye to a loyal customer. More
