Things I liked: As my vehicle was out of use for one month prior to bringing it to this location, I am extremely happy they were able to get me back on the road within a matter of days. The services department rep (Dario) I spoke to did what he could to make this a pleasant experience. My car was even ready a few days ahead of schedule which is great. Things I didn't like, Process and business model related - One of the services was listed twice on my repair estimate. I feel if I didn't notice this myself, I would have been charged for the extra cost for unknowingly. Secondly, the way services departments at car dealerships work are always an annoyance, and this was sadly no different. It was "strongly suggested" by the mechanic that I change the sparkplugs because they were at "half-life". Making it seem that plugs at half-life is a bad thing. Does a car stop driving at half a gallon of gas? Lastly, and only because I tired of typing, why would a new alternator for a 2002 car cost $1800, just for the part. And again being "strongly suggested" that I should only by the part from Honda and never ever use after-market parts if I am not going to service it there. The alternator issue was presented to me only after the other things where fixed and was never mentioned in the initial or secondary inspection of the car. At the end, my car is working and running currently. So, the job was done. More

Ernesto was very informative and helpful during my visit for service. He went over and beyond to explain about additional services that are needed as well as provided pricing for them. Ernesto Amargos was incredibly attentive, helpful, and thoughtful about the services my car needed. He made sure to update me along the way about the condition of my car and went on to extend professional thoughtful about the services my car needed.
