Service advisor (Dario) tried to upsell me on replacing a part that I did not need. The car had not even been fully inspected and he was already hounding me about some bs repair. Before I even had a chance to think it over, he already had a work order ready for my approval - shoving the tablet in my face so as to coerce me to sign. He was pushy to the point of annoyance. I rejected his "service advice" and asked only for an oil change (original reason for my visit). The following day, I had the car evaluated by other mechanics and, sure enough, no such repair was necessary. I have been coming here for 10 years. Austil was my service advisor of choice. He was an honest man who took care of my cars needs - for my benefit and not for his own economic gain. PS: Dario left a grubby oil thumbprint on my white car. Say goodbye to a loyal customer. More
