Making an appointment at this dealership was the only easy and positive experience I had. I have a 2003 Honda CRV and the charge for an oil change was almost $100! They discounted it to $65 but I am used to paying no more thsn $50 for this car. So they totally overcharge. I also came in to have my brakes and rotors replaced, which I am used to paying no more than $600 for (even on my newer car). Their first quote for just those two thjngs was almost $1600! Ridiculous! The service guy brought the total down and told me the total charge for the pil change, brakes and rotors using after market parts (which is all that should be used on a car as old as mine) woukd be $772. Then, after being quoted that amount, I was called back hours later and told that they needed to replace calipers on the car and those would be $160 additional plus tax. I was extremtly upset becsuse that was not part of the original quote and they said the brakes could not be put on without them. So I had no choice. But it was very dishonest and this should have been part of the original quote. They also quoted me all kinds of other stuff to be done, as my original quote for all work was almost $3600 without taxes. My car is not even worth that! Anyway, they did not even finish the car the day I dropped it off, nor did they finish it the next day as promised. It took them two days to finish, which for only putting on brakes and rotors is absolutely ridiculous! So the dishonest pricing and the ridiculous amount of time it took to repair my car is why I only gave 2 stars. I miss my repair shop in Vegas! I do not plan to ever come back to this dealership. There are many Honda dealerships in the Chicago area. Go to another one if you want honest people and pricing! More
I bought my car from here in 2023; I refinanced it about a year later and have been contacting them for a few months now to discuss refunds of GAP coverage. Every phone call to the finance department has led to the call being disconnected and every other attempt has been met with silence. I enjoyed my car buying experience, for the most part, but in dealing with the finance department in this matter, they are and have been absolutely abysmal. More
After speaking with the "Express Advisor" yesterday when making my appointment I informed her that I had my last prepaid oil change purchased through the AutoNation in Arizona. She asked me the miles and proceeded to make my appointment. When I arrived on time for my appointment I was advised that the voucher was no longer valid which I could have been told that when making my appointment. Instead I show up this morning only to be told they could not honor the voucher which was prepaid. I will never be using your services again and will not be recommending your dealership. The AutoNation retail product has not been an easy one. Honestly trying to use the AutoNation product has been frankly horrible. Dominic Giancaspro. More

I’ve worked in the new car service business for over 31 years, so I would say that I am a fair judge of good service personal, this service department is the reason I drive 14 miles to get my car serviced years, so I would say that I am a fair judge of good service personal, this service department is the reason I drive 14 miles to get my car serviced when I have a Honda dealer less than a mile from my home. I went for an oil change and ended up having to have some additional services done and I would have preferred to have known about the additional services at the time I had made the appointment!
