First time at this dealership for a carcrecall on my Honda. Very surprised how nice and courteous everybody was and they even called a Lyft car for me for me. The problem I had was wrongly diagnosed, not fixed and I had to pay for it anyway. I was told I would get a call back after checking if my warranty would cover the problem, which I see no problem why it wou had to pay for it anyway. The service department is wonderful. They are prompt when I make an appointment, provide me with all the information for my needed service and any possible recalls for my vehicle. I love getting the video of the mechanic's evaluation texted to me before any additional service is done. I'm able to respond and ask questions via text and get responses quickly.
