Very disappointed in the support by service/sales. Had purchased a vehicle in December with the 30k mile warranty. Making payments on a vehicle and not having a loaner car with downtime is severely unacceptable. Along with this charging a customer for brakes jobs and not replacing rotors is something i dont understand. This might be the last honda i do purchase , in addition to time i spend at this shop/dealer whom doesnt seem to care about quality and/ customer service. More

The staff is alarmingly rude. Emmy daughter arrived to pick up her car and was told “I can’t attend you at this time, I’ve very busy with other things.” Every employee she encount Emmy daughter arrived to pick up her car and was told “I can’t attend you at this time, I’ve very busy with other things.” Every employee she encountered was more and more rude, and this is a recurring issue every time we get serviced. It takes hours for something as simple as an oil change. I sincerely hope they find new employees that have at least an ounce of kindness or they’re better trained. More
MOSTLY the dealership is not bad. After service the vehicle was moved to the parking lot and customer waiting for the car. Key was at service station and I had to walk up and down to lacate and get my keys back. While driving I found that the lubricant was only 30% which told me that I need an oil change again. I drove back to the dealership and was told that it was not reset and service person will reset it. Later they reset the screan. I am not yet sure why these mess and why a costumer has to drive the car back to get a result. SORRY IF YOU CAN NOT CONSUME THIS RATING . I DO NOT LIKE TO SEE ANOTHER UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER FOR REASONS THAT CAN BE EASLY FIXED. More
