I brought my car in because the different mitigation sensors were going off as I was driving. I didn't have an appointment but they were able to see my car and take care of the problem. I don't feel the agents knew what they were talking about when it came to my car needs. The manager does, but it's hard to talk with an agent when they are not the ones working on your car.
