I have no complaint and was in and out as promised by Demarco, a little disappointed the interior was not swept out as was done at the previous dealership I worked with but the exterior was washed. I had an early appointment, 7:00 AM and was out in a little over an hour which was great. I don't have the the name of the service lane person I dealt with but he did a great job. My appointment was for oil service and I ended up getting an engine filter too. The car washed and they did a nice job. The whole experience was very pleasant and professional. The only issue is that the technician failed to reset the oil change indicator back to 100%, He left it at 30%. More

I like that they always seem to have appointments available. I think they do a good job at explaining what work needs to be done.
