When I dropped off the vehicle to have the hybrid battery checked, I asked to have the stem checked on one of the tires . Yousef forgot to have this. done. My last service visit took 4. 5 for an oil change, with an appointment. Dealership was not helpful when I called to inquire about the status of my car, I was transferred to voicema 5 for an oil change, with an appointment. Dealership was not helpful when I called to inquire about the status of my car, I was transferred to voicemail and couldn’t speak to anyone. Eventually I was told they had the wrong phone number and attempted to call me earlier, which is possible, but the phone number on my appointment confirmation was correct so there was a missed opportunity to track down the correct number. I won’t be back, if I have to wait double the amount of time as promised, I’ll go to my closer dealer, which is equally as slow. More
