The problem was initially mis-diagnosed, and I had to return with the car less than one hour after my initial visit. After my vehicle was finally diagnosed properly, parts had to be ordered, my service return with the car less than one hour after my initial visit. After my vehicle was finally diagnosed properly, parts had to be ordered, my service rep did not come into the shop for several days for personal reasons, and it was extremely difficult for me to get status updates on when my car would be fixed and ready for pickup. The lack of communication was terrible customer service. When I finally was able to track someone down who could help, she was very professional. But overall an extremely poor customer service experience. I have been coming to the shop for many years, and have always had good customer service. Not this time. Very disappointed. More
