They lied to me about work that needed to be done and expected me to pay over $900 for service guy who writes up the work orders was very very rude to me. Should not be working at this dealership very under trained as to how to deal with customers very disrespectful will never use the service department again service advisor and mechanic lied to me about the work that needed to be done. Never once was I offered a wheel balancing that I had to go to just tires for paid $86 for the repair and now my truck is working fine. I was told I needed to Brand new rims on the driver side. More

I've had good experiences with the mechanical work I've had done over the years, however the customer service has become terrible. No one returns phone calls or will physically answer the phone including e had done over the years, however the customer service has become terrible. The service advisor was extremely polite and honest with the information provided to me in regards to my 2019 Honda Crv maintenance. Also informed me that I needed new tires as a safety issue. I did not pur the information provided to me in regards to my 2019 Honda Crv maintenance. Also informed me that I needed new tires as a safety issue. We had a recall notice for our 2007 Honda SUV CRV so we brought it in to Honda Autonation for service. At our appointment time the Service Advisor was very nice, and explained in detail what the process w brought it in to Honda Autonation for service. At our appointment time the Service Advisor was very nice, and explained in detail what the process would be to take care of the recall. We were told it would take about 3-3 1/2 hours to service. Later we received a text from the Service Technician with a video showing, and explaining, what other service issues should addressed. We were impressed with the video and an email with a list of repairs and pricing. In 3 hours our vehicle was ready for pickup as promised. In addition to work on the vehicle transportation to and from my home while the work was being done was offered. The outside of my SUV was washed and the inside had been cleaned when I picked it up. Thank-you Honda Autonation for a very pleasurable service experience! More
