When I brought my car to Honda last Tuesday I wasn’t having a very good morning. Just one of those days. I was on my way to a luncheon when the “tire pressure” warning appeared. I was right by Honda so I pulled into their service area. A very nice gentleman checked my tires and sure enough I had a nail in one of them. He sent me over to Jasmine so she could answer my questions. The short story is, Jasmine did everything in her power to accommodate me. She said that I could go to luncheon and return by 4:00 pm to have tire checked to see if it could be plugged. I returned at four for tire issue and asked if I could get an oil change done while I was there. She took care of me. Tire was plugged and oil change was done. A great employee! Jasmine also gave me a coupon for my oil change. My day, that started out on a wrong foot, ended much better with the aid of Jasmine. More
