I showed up without an appointment and they still took me. I still come to this dealership for service even though I moved 45 minutes away and there are other Honda dealerships that are closer. He gave me a larger discount on service than what I had qualified for which saved me some money and made me feel that my business is appreciated. Thé service I received was horrible here is my story I was in the waiting room got a personal call went out saw my car sitting there. So I finished my call went to the service person to check if my car is was in the waiting room got a personal call went out saw my car sitting there. So I finished my call went to the service person to check if my car is ready I did see my keys in front of her. She said the car is in the alignment row . She said she would come and get me went back thé to waiting room after about 8 mins she comes and tells me the car is done . How do I know what I paid for was actually done . She did not put the 15% as promised the bill was not right . Then I go to my car there is a spring in there . I have been going here since 2012 or more this is your third strike . Really upset More
