I needed work done to my car so I brought my car in a couple times - the first to figure out how much it was going to cost, and the second to have the work performed. Both experiences were exactly what couple times - the first to figure out how much it was going to cost, and the second to have the work performed. Both experiences were exactly what you'd hope for, professional, courteous, pragmatic and honest. I finally decided to have the service done, so I showed up unannounced one day on my way to O'Hare. Being I was leaving town for only one day, my thought was to leave the car with them, take a cab to the airport, and the car would be ready upon my return without me losing any usability of my vehicle, since it would have been parked at O'Hare anyway. While I was away, I received text message updates from my service rep and then a video walkaround text of the work when it was completed. I got back to O'Hare the following day around 2pm, sent a text asking if my car was ready, and it was. My spouse dropped me off at the dealership and I was driving myself home less than 10 minutes after that. This couldn't have been a better experience and I will forever use them for whatever I need in the future. The location suits me well, and the people are fantastic. More

Service is really bad, I took my car for service, they provide me with 2 solutions for my request and fixed my problem, few days later as I was filing the report the provide me at the end of service I not provide me with 2 solutions for my request and fixed my problem, few days later as I was filing the report the provide me at the end of service I notice on the section UNDER HOOD inspection it was a failure mark on RED but they did NOT mention; I have call 3 times and spoke with several maintenance employees including the manger as I was told and each time the promise me to follow up with me after investigating what was wrong. 3 weeks later and I still waiting for their call. complete not acceptable More
