Service representative was very friendly and pleasant. He was very eager to accept coupon for the service work. However, it would have been nice to know that was the issue prior to the technicians actually recharging the system. I didn't find out about it, until it was time to pay the bill. More

Service Advisor Daniel Larson (#3016) checks my car in for service, then tells me I have to run over to the parts department to retrieve my own parts for my service appointment. This is the second time he for service, then tells me I have to run over to the parts department to retrieve my own parts for my service appointment. This is the second time he did this to me. The first time he did this, I told him I don't like having to retrieve my own parts. Plus the parts employee had to call Mr. Larson, because the parts employee had questions about the parts that I was requesting. I had another appointment yesterday, and Mr. Larson did this to me again. I told Mr. Larson (again) that I am not comfortable retrieving my parts for this appointment. Mr. Larson got upset with me and was very rude, so I took my car back and left AutoNation. Mr. Larson has an anger problem and treats customers with disrespect.
