Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! This is the 2nd car I’ve purchased from this dealership, whose prices are extremely reasonable. When it’s time for my next car, I will go to Rairdon’s Honda of Sumner and ask for Rondel Todd!

Lynwood Honda failed to honor its service commitment. Made an appointment for scheduled maintenance and was told it would take about two hours. Dropped off my vehicle and was told again “About two hours.” After just over two hours in their waiting room and having heard nothing, I walked out onto the lot and spotted my vehicle and it was untouched. I asked the service advisor for the status. He checked and returned to tell me that they “…were running a little behind and it would be a half hour or so.” (I obviously had no reason to believe this new estimate since they had twice failed on the two hour mark. And who knows how much longer it would have been if I hadn’t inquired after two plus hours of silence from them). I reside 30 minutes away. I wasted three hours of my time and three hours of my wife’s time, along with over $10 of gas on this. I will take my vehicle elsewhere for this service. I recommend you do the same.

We purchased a late model used car and had dealings with two of their sales people. Both Anthony Bakhchinyan and Greg Maikuri were excellent to work with. Anthony was the initial contact and was very helpful with information about the vehicle and provided the test drive. Negotiations over the price and some minor work that was needed went well and we agreed to purchase the vehicle. When we returned to pick up the vehicle Anthony was not available and we dealt with Greg. Also very a helpful and pleasant young man. I recommend either one if you are looking for a specific Honda or someone at Honda of Bellevue.
