Renton Honda - Service Center

Service Advisor Daniel Larson (#3016) checks my car in for service, then tells me I have to run over to the parts department to retrieve my own parts for my service appointment. This is the second time he for service, then tells me I have to run over to the parts department to retrieve my own parts for my service appointment. This is the second time he did this to me. The first time he did this, I told him I don't like having to retrieve my own parts. Plus the parts employee had to call Mr. Larson, because the parts employee had questions about the parts that I was requesting. I had another appointment yesterday, and Mr. Larson did this to me again. I told Mr. Larson (again) that I am not comfortable retrieving my parts for this appointment. Mr. Larson got upset with me and was very rude, so I took my car back and left AutoNation. Mr. Larson has an anger problem and treats customers with disrespect. I’m a girl so coming in to get my car serviced is always nerve wrecking. The two associates were so helpful in having me actually LEARN about what is wrong with my car. They also went above and beyond and l nerve wrecking. The two associates were so helpful in having me actually LEARN about what is wrong with my car.
