Had the starter on 2004 Honda CRV changed, and oil change. When I called to get estimate on repair Jimmy Lee ( service advisor) took time to get me a total quote, which was correct when service compl change. Not happy that the next morning found oil had dripped on garage floor. Not a little oil which I had to clean up. Have had this issue before after oil change at dealer. Dealer needs to clean off excess oil under car prior to pick up of car. More
We had to order a replacement key because both of our keys broke. We were told that they would call when it was in. After 4 weeks of waiting, I called to check on it and had to leave a voicemail. No r keys broke. We were told that they would call when it was in. After 4 weeks of waiting, I called to check on it and had to leave a voicemail. No response. I left another voicemail a few days later, again no response. We ended up having to take a trip to the Honda dealership where the key had been waiting. The man who brought us the key said it had been there for a few days. When we told him we were told we'd be called when it came in, and had left messages inquiring about it, he simply said, "sorry". More
