We had to order a replacement key because both of our keys broke. We were told that they would call when it was in. After 4 weeks of waiting, I called to check on it and had to leave a voicemail. I left another voicemail a few days later, again no response. We ended up having to take a trip to the Honda dealership where the key had been waiting. The man who brought us the key said it had been there for a few days. When we told him we were told we'd be called when it came in, and had left messages inquiring about it, he simply said, "sorry". More
