They did not reset the oil life indicator so I had to go back the next day. (Is that something I could have done myself? When I called she told me to bring the car back.). Jim is the best service writer there is! When my Honda Fit began acting up, I dropped it off without an appointment. Within 2 days, he had the issue identified. Turns out, I needed a new transmission. Fit began acting up, I dropped it off without an appointment. Within 2 days, he had the issue identified. Turns out, I needed a new transmission. Jim went through all of the paperwork, identified that I did, in fact, have an extended warranty, and got everything taken care of. He even secured a rental car for us while we were waiting on the transmission to be shipped! I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thanks, Jim, for everything you do! More
