Service Advisor Brock Keck was very personable, helpful and diligent during my recent car service. Brock understood getting my car completed in a timely fashion was critical, but he found an issue which wa and diligent during my recent car service. Brock immediately conferred with his co-worker Sami and together they knew something was not right. They deferred to another technician and immediately resolved an issue which was estimated to very costly. Brock followed through with me after my service via email to discuss additional questions and/or concerns I had.
