The staff was young and inexperienced, brought my daughters car in for breaks and their multi—point tests determined I had a weak battery. A week later I took a trip and washed the windows, blades they replaced crossed and hit and it took 3 of them and over an hour on a second trip to the shop for them to figure it out. More

James (aka Jim) took great care of us and our vehicle was ready later in the day. Jim even had the car running with the AC on while he finished up with my transaction, so the car wouldn't be too hot when I d ready later in the day. The only thing I wish was different, was I wish this location offered some kind of alternative transportation for their customers (Ubers home and back to pick up, shuttles, rentals...).
