AutoNation Honda of Roseville has a horrid reputation for service. Nothing wrong with the vehicle is their fault. A tire failed (sidewall blew out) 3 months after purchase. Although I purchased bumper to bumper maintenance, they said they don’t make the tire and gave me an 800 number for the manufacturer. The weather stripping began drooping, and I was told just force it back in its groove. When the car is disabled, such as by a blown tire, good luck on getting a service appointment on line within two weeks. God forbid you call for an appointment, only after overcoming their telephone reception wait times, they offer appointments ten business days later, and when I point out that I need it today, they say “why didn’t you say so?” I’m fairly certain after purchasing five new cars from Honda, I will search out alternative dealers who can provide service instead of slogans.
