I called the number last week and the operator said she would connect me to the manager. My call was then connected to a message box. I left the message but so far no one responded back. At this point, I could see the attitude of AutoNation Honda Roseville. They are so superficial and perfunctory. They do not have any customer-oriented service, not to mention that they will turn my experience into a positive one.
