I was impressed with the efficiency of check in. The courtesy in which I was given was very comforting as this was my 1st ever visit to a dealer service Dept. However I was told that my car ( only 2 months old) would be washed. I had just got back from the coast & the salt residue needed washed off. This did not happen.. I was also disappointed with the lack of follow through on a problem with front end wobble & my non-existeant XM radio. More

I am totally disappointed about this time of service. After the routine servicing, I went home garage straight and then found a crack at the very lowest left corner bottom of windscreen. Judging from the chip over there, it should be damaged by some kind of dropping tools. I know it's not caught red-handed but I have to air out my grievances. May be that's the reason why after the A1 fixing, your technician did not go with me to get my car. He just handed over the key to me. More
