Went in for oil change and spark plug/valve train service. Got back a car that had a check engine light and oil pressure light on. Opened the hood to find that the radiator reservoir was just laying service. Got back a car that had a check engine light and oil pressure light on. Opened the hood to find that the radiator reservoir was just laying on top of the engine and the air filter was only secured with two screws (two were missing). It took another day to get the car back and was only offered a tank of gas as compensation. More
