Our family was traveling service ticket from March 28, 2022, and give some major xxxxxxto the service employee and car repair employee who helped me. Our family was traveling from out of state when we had a mass air flow sensor fail. Our Odyssey was towed into the Roseville dealership and we were helped immediately. Our service guy was extremely helpful, friendly, and communicative at a time we felt so much stress. It took some time to figure our what the problem was, but when they did, we had a game plan of how to fix it. They were able to order the part and schedule the repair to coordinate with our return trip home several days later. The mechanic came out and explained what the issue was and how it needed to be repaired. Both he and our service guy were so helpful, kind, friendly, and supportive during unexpected car trouble and kept that communication going until we had a plan in place to fix it. We couldn't have been happier or more impressed with the service we were provided. Major kudos to them, and if we ever have car trouble again, I hope we're near Roseville! More
I had appointments and promised by Jiimy that oil change will be done in 1 - 1 1/5 hours maximum. After 2 hours waiting I was looking for Jimmy and couldn't find him, I assume he was at lunch, then coworker will be done in 1 - 1 1/5 hours maximum. After 2 hours waiting I was looking for Jimmy and couldn't find him, I assume he was at lunch, then coworker texted him and he told me my car will be the next to work on I was very disappointed and took my car and left. Went in for a dead battery on a three year old vehicle. Repeatedly stated to tech that I was concerned there was more going on, I was told that they would have to charge me an additional $180 in order to c Repeatedly stated to tech that I was concerned there was more going on, I was told that they would have to charge me an additional $180 in order to check it out. I specifically asked to have windshield wiper fluid refilled since they have forgotten the last two services, as well as have the windshield wipers replaced. Picked up vehicle no windshield fluid and no wipers. On the multi point inspection clutch wasn’t inspected either. Battery ended up being replaced but it’s still having issues. Finally the tech who was handling the service called on a line that wasn’t marked as Honda and didn’t leave a message so our car ended up having to stay an extra four hours because we didn’t know we needed to authorize a new battery since they never left a message. Terrible service, multiple things not completed each time we get it serviced here. I wish there was a different dealership in our area. More
