Needed oil change. Made an appointment in advance. Checked in, was told I will wait one hour. By end of hour two. Checked with the rep. He said they are done and getting paper work ready. End of hour three, he said they are working on it. At three and a hour hours, Just looked and me angrily and bluntly stated they are busy! I couldn’t take it anymore. Next day, I went to Maitas( no appointment). Took me 1.5 hours. Perfect service from Maitas. More

Had a 8:20 oil change appointment. Was told it would be done by 10:30. Waited at dealership for service to be completed. 11:00 and no update from service advisor. Checked with advisor and he went to go check to see if car was done. Turns out they just started to have it serviced and said it would be another 45 minutes because they were busy on Fridays. I couldn’t wait because I had to go pick up my kids from school at 12. I live in El Dorado Hills and I would be late if I had waited for the service to be done. So I wasted 3 hours of my day and nothing was done and now I have to go back. I can understand if I had dropped by with no appointment but I already had a pre scheduled appointment because I had other things to do that day. Very disappointed. More

This is the best service department. I had my 2011 CRV and now my 2022 CRV serviced here and I wouldn't go anywhere else. It's a long commute for me but it's well worth it.
