Came in for an oil change. Daviid noticed engine and cabin filters had not been changed in a while. Had him change them and they were quite filthy. I bought my Honda CR-V from Roseville Honda about 5 years ago. Took my car in for service and worked with Edison Shaw who by the way is AMAZING!! As I was waiting for my car I did a little lot shopping aroun ago. Took my car in for service and worked with Edison Shaw who by the way is AMAZING!! As I was waiting for my car I did a little lot shopping around the Honda dealership and came across my dream truck. I had previously a month before checked in with James at the dealership who buys the Hondas just to see what I may be able to get for my car. After seeing the truck I emailed him to see what the difference would be if I were to trade it in. He let me know that was not his department and he found someone who could help me. Within minutes a gentleman named Thomas came up to me and let me know James had told him I may be interested in another vehicle. We then started the whole process, test drive, numbers and then finance. I went home later that night with my dream truck a very happy person. The team from Edison and Andrew in Service to James in purchasing, Thomas in sales and Bianca in finance, they were all very great to work with. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for their dream vehicle and wants the no haggle guarantee. More
