AutoNation Honda Roseville - Service Center

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. I did not notice that after the appointment the tray under the bottom of my car was not installed correctly as this caused me to scrap the bottom. I was a little early for a service appointment and was met by an expeditious individual who mentioned the service advisor would be right out to meet me. Sure enough, the service advisor met me at the scheduled appointment time, listened closely to my concern and stated "we can fix that!." An hour later the vehicle was ready for me to drive off. During my wait I expected some sort of delay... but, it never happened. I was impressed and will continue to service my Honda vehicle at this dealership. You should too! More

Came in for an oil change. Daviid noticed engine and cabin filters had not been changed in a while. Had him change them and they were quite filthy.
