Brenda was my service advisor. She did a good job in getting my CRV checked in and in process. I was told it would be two hours but it took longer because when my car was finished She did a good job in getting my CRV checked in and in process. My Honda CR-V was serviced on 10/18th. Service advisor Werner was courteous, professional, and efficient. He listened to me and answered my questions clearly and patiently. Good day, we had general service a few months back. It was recommended we do a brake job and put tires on. At the time, we could only afford one or the other. We chose breaks. A special on tires came up via email. 4 for the price of 3 with an alignment. we chose to make an appointment for Friday Oct. 14th 9:20AM. Assuming we had an appointment the wait time would be minimal. Not the case. Wait time was going to be 3-4 hours. as it turned out, it would have been closer to 7 hours as my wife had me pick her up at the dealership and we got a call around 3:30 that the vehicle was ready. all was good except the wait time. No one ever mentioned that long a wait. With an appointment, we feel this wait time is not acceptable. Thanks for your time. Edgar and Jan Massoletti More
