Friendly service- however, it takes forever to get in and out of there for a basic service. They are just so busy. I have had two appointments and decided to wait while my car was serviced. The first time th out of there for a basic service. They are just so busy. I have had two appointments and decided to wait while my car was serviced. The first time they forgot I was waiting - was there for hours. The second time my appointment was at 9:20 am and it was almost 10 am before I was in the waiting area. My car was finished at approximately 11:45 am. Not sure if it is normal for it to take over 2-1/2 hours for an oil change. Very frustrating to have it take that long when an appointment is scheduled. My service advisor Jimmie is such a busy man, but he was still able to sneak me in Saturday morning to take care of me. I drive my car a lot due to work and my boys soccer activities and understood the rush still able to sneak me in Saturday morning to take care of me.
