AutoNation Honda Roseville - Service Center

I brought my brand new Honda Civic 2021 from AutoNation Honda. Since then I have worked with James Harden as my service advisor. James is the best of best in getting my car in tip top shape. He has own personal touch in what he does and he the BEST. I made appointment for tire issue since my car is under warranty. I get there and got inform he has left for the day so I have to work with David. I waited over fifteen minutes to have a service advisor come to me to hear my spill about my issues. We went to his desk and he types up my problem with my car. I walk away with no written up order just a verbal with a cost of battery for my fob that I need. No estimate time frame when the car is ready. So I go in the waiting area and waited. After two hours and fifteen minute I went up to David desk if the car is ready. Then he tells me to come back in ten minutes. In the end when I pick up my car and no car wash. I was wondered what the whole purposes of asking me when it’s not going to get done. My regular service advisor James would put me through what David did. I not used to this kind of service I got from David. More
