Joey tried to screw me over and make me spend WAY more money than was necessary. When I pointed out that I didn't want all this extra stuff and wasn't comfortable ordering parts without checking that they money than was necessary. Prices are too high. I believe some of the service recommendations "may" be frivolous. Some customers may start buying American cars. Others may start looking for cheaper alternatives and some may start working on their own cars. Staff turnover at the service center has skyrocketed.
