AutoNation Honda Roseville - Service Center

My "check engine light" came on when I was on my way home on a Saturday afternoon. I was able to make it home and immediately called Roseville Auto West Honda to make an appointment for service. I was schedu on a Saturday afternoon. I was able to make it home and immediately called Roseville Auto West Honda to make an appointment for service. I was scheduled for the following Tuesday with a drop off Monday afternoon. I received a phone call from my Service Advisor, Kyle Singh, the next morning. He advised that the spark plugs that I had replaced in 2021 were defective. The spark plugs were covered for 12 months or 10,000 miles. They were replaced over 12 months. Kyle spoke with the Service Manager who authorized replacing the spark plugs at no cost to me despite being replaced over 12 months as the mileage was well below 10,000 miles and I was just in for service in June and had to have the alternator replaced. Great customer service from both Kyle Singh and his Service Manager! More

AutoNation was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Our service rep, Andrew, was friendly, very knowledgeable & honest. Waited 30mins to be helped when my appointment was at 10:00am. They didn't have me down as having the oil change package when I specifically mentioned on the phone when booking the appointment.
