Kyle Singh is the best Service Advisor I have had the pleasure to work with in my 20 years of owning cars. Kind, Polite, Honest and very knowledgeable. Always great at communication and never trying to oversell me on things I do not need. I come to Autonation Roseville Honda mainly for him, but overall it’s a great dealership. I had a lifetime battery I bought for $200 in 2018 and they swapped it out with no questions asked within 45 minutes when it was showing loss of life. Best part is, it’s unlimited swaps for the life of the vehicle, I can do this over and over again, even though just doing it once paid off. I definitely recommend precision parts by autonation warranty products. Ask for Kyle Singh as your service advisor! More
Advisor qouted us $98 for a oil change only. .....when we asked why so much we were told prices went up....after going home we found the dealerships website had a coupon for this job at $80. Also in the multipoint inspection it noted that the engine and cabin filter needed replacement and we declined. We were never asked one way or the other. We also requested a car wash which was never done. More
