There are lots of good changes in the Service department at this Dealership. It was the 1st time I worked with Kyle Singh, Service Advisor. Kyle is very detail-oriented, patient, friendly, caring, knowledge at this Dealership. It was the 1st time I worked with Kyle Singh, Service Advisor. Kyle is very detail-oriented, patient, friendly, caring, knowledgeable, polite, cheerful and answered all my questions no matter how busy he is👍👏 During the last 7+ years I have had my car service there, and have worked with several Service Advisors, but no one can compare with Kyle! No Communication. Brought the car in for warranty work and had to have a part ordered. No call back for over three weeks, and had to call the service department for information. Had to leave a message since no one would pick up the phone. Rather than receiving a callback, I received an appointment email stating a date and time to bring the car back in. When I arrived for the appointment, they had no record of the appointment and said the work would need to be scheduled the following week. I showed up the following week, but they said they would have to order the part and I would have to schedule a new appointment. I reminded them they had the part and had told me to come back today. The agent talked to the service manager and found the part. The work done on the vehicle was good, but the communication with the service agent and service manager was poor. More
