Probably will try to find a new Honda Dealership that wants my business. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! Guess the Dealership has so many cars to sell they don't need to take care of current customers. More
Jimmie Le was so helpful and very attentive to my needs and knowledgeable with the needs of my car. It’s my 3rd time coming to the dealership coming from upstate NY. Easily made my service appointment online. Arrived at scheduled time and work order completed quickly. After reading 2 chapters in my novel while enjoying a cappuccino, I received a text that Arrived at scheduled time and work order completed quickly. After reading 2 chapters in my novel while enjoying a cappuccino, I received a text that my car was ready. I was told initially it would be 2 hours, but I was checked out and home by then. I am a very happy customer!!! More
$150 for an oil change/filter, tire rotation seems a bit high for my Ridgeline. Also, dealer did not perform any kind of a multipoint inspection (check fluids, codes, software update), which is beneficial high for my Ridgeline. Will go to local garage for scheduled maintenance and use dealer for warranty repairs only in future. More
