I made my service appointment online and it was very simple and when I checked in they had me in the system and quickly assigned me a service rep (Jimmie). Jimmie quickly greeted and updated their reco simple and when I checked in they had me in the system and quickly assigned me a service rep (Jimmie). Jimmie quickly greeted and updated their records on my Ridgeline. I was there because my service indicator noted it was time for an oil change and tire rotation. Jimmie did his job by informing me of several other service options I should consider but all I wanted was the oil change and tire rotation and Jimmie was respectful of that and got me checked in and estimated an hour and fifteen minutes to completion as I was waiting for the vehicle. Jimmie notified me by a cell phone call about an hour after the check-in that the service was completed. The checkout process took a little longer than I would have like but his computer quit on him a couple of times but we finally got checked out and the service appointment was completed within the timeframe he estimated.
