Coffee service bad. Car was finished and sat for pick up for 20 minutes before I approached service advisor to pick up my car. To whom it may concern, My appointment was scheduled for 8am. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment. They told me that they couldn’t find my appointment. After waiting for at least 10 to 15 minutes for 8am. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment. They told me that they couldn’t find my appointment. After waiting for at least 10 to 15 minutes they found my appointment. Once, they found my scheduled appointment time I had to ask for someone to help me. It took another 10 minutes. Throughout this entire time people were being helped that came after me. Finally, I had to ask them can someone help me please. I think someone came to help me around 8:23am. They looked at my car and said that they did not have the parts to fix my car. My car has not been fix. They said the part of my car will probably come in 1 week. In the meantime time my car is ready to be picked up around 12pm. I felt that while waiting for my turn at your Honda service someone like me an Asian woman was ignored. I really can not comprehend the purpose of having an appointment when people who have a later appointment time was helped before me. I am pretty sure if my husband came to the scheduled appointment time this might not happened to him. I am pretty sure your company has surveillance cameras to view what happened. Samantha was very helpful, explained things, checked several times for updates and notified us when the car was ready to be picked up. Only glitch was the scanner didn't work to scan our VIN so she had several times for updates and notified us when the car was ready to be picked up.
