Sami was my service advisor and was respectful and very helpful in getting my service done. I returned today, Mar. 10, to have filters replaced. This is my third Honda Pilot that I have purchased from AutoNation Honda Roseville so that should say it all. Everyone is so helpful and pleasant. I usually have Eddie as my service person but he was on AutoNation Honda Roseville so that should say it all. Everyone is so helpful and pleasant. I usually have Eddie as my service person but he was on vacation so Kyle was gracious enough to help me even though I arrived late for my appointment. I also appreciate that everyone in the dealership loves animals because I had my puppy Jake with me and he had so much fun meeting everyone.
