No system to get costumer in and out fast. You only deal with the one costumer service advisor that is assigned to you. I was first in line ahead of two costumer and the advisor just passed me. Once again I appreciate the fact that my appointment was at 7:40 AM and it began soon after that. My service advisor, Darius, kept me well informed of a possible delay since one procedure took quite a while at 7:40 AM and it began soon after that.
