Went to AutoNation Sanford FL for an oil change and check up. I had met Joseph E, a service representative there the last time I went there. So I stopped by in advance of an appointment so I could spend a co up. I had met Joseph E, a service representative there the last time I went there. So I stopped by in advance of an appointment so I could spend a couple of extra minutes asking him a few questions. He took all the time needed to explain some things that I had questions about. So I felt very confident that, at my time of service, all my concerns would be addressed. He did not disappoint. They did find something in their thorough multi point inspection and fixed it. Additionally, he said I needed rear brake pads. I had forgotten that I needed that and was glad because I am getting ready to travel to a hilly place, which he remembered, so recommended doing it know, before I travel. The price was reasonable so I did it. He only did what was necessary and did not try to oversell me what I did not need. Dealerships can be pricey sometimes, but with service like Joseph E provided, you know he is looking out for you and not trying to sell your an unnecessary repair, and actually cares about your safety and keeping your vehicle in good order. Seven years ago, I was buying my first car. I could only afford a base model Civic, and went to several other dealerships first. They ALL tried to sell me on higher models of cars than I could afford despit afford a base model Civic, and went to several other dealerships first. They ALL tried to sell me on higher models of cars than I could afford despite me repeatedly telling them I couldn't afford it. I finally ended up at AutoNation in Sanford, where Daryl listened to what I needed and helped me find it at a better price than anyone else would. He's later helped my family buy two other vehicles. I just went back this weekend to upgrade to a CR-V, and I wasn't going to work with anyone but Daryl. He's honest and direct, which is rare in car sales, and really listens and advises based on the customer's specific needs. Adam in finance was also fantastic, and I can't stress that enough. He customized the insurance policies based on how I use the car (stick with it for a while but have low mileage) and worked hard to ensure I got the best financing options I could. Amazing team, and whenever it's time for me to eventually get a new car in the future, I plan on working with both Daryl and Adam again if at all possible. More

The car we thought we wanted wasn't quite what we expected after test driving and we were about ready to leave... well Brian was so genuine and kind in presenting us with other available options, not being pushy at all, just very genuinely trying to find what would fit our needs.
