On June 27, 2021 we visited Auto Nation Honda in Sanford, with the aim of buying a car. Their pricing is fair and the no haggle experience is amazing. The only comment I have is that it took us a while to get into the financing part of the purchase but we did go late at night so that could have been on us. We purchased a car from Autonation Sanford fl. The salesperson was great Ryan that’s where our good experience ended. They claim it was a certified Honda Civic 2017. The first week the battery died. And they tried to charge 500.00 for a battery.after much discussion with the manager of the store they only charged100.00 which shouldn’t have been either. The seat belt was not quite right they never fixed it The finance man requested 12 credit reports which messed up the credit. I would never buy from this company. They will sweet talk you to buy however it ends there. More
