I bought a certified pre-owned Honda online through AutoNation. After a terrible experience in Fort Worth, TX at AutoNation, I found the vehicle I wanted online called the FL dealership to inquire. I spoke with Sales Rep Steve Critchfield and he literally took care of everything to get me the vehicle and financing set up within a couple days. We flew down, picked up the car, and drove back to Fort Worth. Steve took the time to make sure I was getting the vehicle I wanted, the financing I needed, and followed up continuously until we drove off the lot! I have not purchased a car from a dealership in 15 years nor have I found/purchased one without test driving or looking at it first, Steve made it easy and effortless. I love my 2018 Honda Civic Touring Sedan and if I did it over, I wouldn't change a thing. If you are looking for a new or newer vehicle, AutoNation in Sanford, FL is the place to go and Steve Critchfield is the guy to see! He's a 5-Star sales rep! Thanks Steve and AutoNation! More
Never again! Buyer beware, shady place that is like other dealerships, with one exception. They started using iPads to sign for everything. Brian the salesman was extremely nice, bought over another other dealerships, with one exception. They started using iPads to sign for everything. Brian the salesman was extremely nice, bought over another sales person because he was in the military like I was. I was trying to buy a new car and keeping it under 28k. After everything I have been quoted 27k out the door. I signed for the car on the iPad and when I received my first bill the car was financed for 32k. Now I am forced to get a lawyer to fight for something that should have never been done. I understand people need to make money, and people take advantage but to rob customers is wrong. I hope they get what they deserve and they lose all business. All I can do is pray and hope for the best. More
Extended Warranty Purchased car on 10/31, called next day to cancel extended warranty. Followed up via email 11/14 to John he advised cancellation was submitted and would receive refund in 2-3 weeks. Sent follow up email 11/21 to John and he then sends a cancellation form to sign and send back, I sign and send back the same day. Call 12/5 and speak to John and ask status he says in the works, I asked him to have finance manager call no, no callback received. Called Autonation corporate office 12/5 and advised someone would call me, called back on 12/12 to advise no one has contacted me and rep stated she would send the issue up again. Called 12/18 and asked for Finance Manager and was transferred to voicemail, left message and no call back. Called 12/19 and asked for GM and was advised she was not in yet and they took message for her to call me back and again no call back. Called back 12/19 and asked for Finance Manager and transferred to Justin and left voice mail and again no call back. There is absolutely no follow up or assistance from this company after you cancel a warranty and it has been 7 weeks since my initial request and still not refunded. Worst car buying experience, I should have went to CarMax like I always have in the past. More

Their salesman (Bryan) approached me over the phone and invited to renew my Honda lease. He even put the offer in writing(!!!) by sending me a text. When we showed up at the dealership Bryan and his manager Randy declined to gives us the promised offer and instead gave us something completely different. When we ask for their full names and business cards - they flatly refused to provide it to us. The whole experience dealing with AutoNation Honda Sanford and particularly with Bryan and Randy felt like visiting one of those shady used card dealership and not a reputable company. Evidently they believe that the good old fashion bait-and-switch tactics will not harm AutoNation Honda Sanford reputation. Well, they are dead for me for sure. More
Buyer Beware! Worst car buying experience ever! I don't even know where to begin. We started looking for a car for our son since our lease is coming to a end. And like most people we did shop around I don't even know where to begin. We started looking for a car for our son since our lease is coming to a end. And like most people we did shop around, everyone wants the best deal. We have tried to purchase from this dealership numerous times and every time it never works out. You think we would of learned but we thought we would give them another chance since it had been awhile. Anyways they gave us what they said was their best offer. We received a much better offer from another dealership so I let them know this. First I was told by Nancy that pretty much the other dealership was trying to scam us those were not her words but she was saying the deal they were trying to give us didn't match up. And she goes on to tell me that Autonation Honda has the Presidential award for customer service. Ummmm hmmm I wonder how they got that, definitely not by trying to make their customers happy and rectify a problem. We were suppose to go up to the dealership to buy the car before I received that other offer. Well Nancy sends me a text say she was going to send us another offer and we would be really pleased with this one. So we received it in a email and yes the offer looked great. But I guess we should of known if its to good to be true then it probably is! We tell her we are heading that way, its her day off so she says ask for Richard. We walk in and sit down, Richard comes up to us like he has no clue who we are and what we are doing there. We said Nancy sent us, he says hold on. He goes and calls Nancy on the phone and comes back and says this deal is VOID. He doesn't say guys I am so sorry there was bad communication somewhere I am not sure what happened but let me see if we can do anything to rectify this. NO he just stands there and says the deal is VOID. So of course we get pretty upset but through all of that he did not at anytime say lets try and make this right. So we went all the way there for a deal we were told was going to be great we had it in writing and Richard says "the deal is void". I totally understand that people make mistakes but not once did he even try to make it right. And I have no idea what Nancy was thinking even sending that to us. They have horrible customer service and very horrible communication I would not believe any deal they give you unless its right in front of you. I have never been so stressed out trying to by a car and we have bought many cars over the years. This has got to be the worst customer service experience we have ever had. More

Misleading info while the problem is completely ignored!!!!! So I brought my car to Honda Autonation in Sanford, FL yesterday because the car shakes when being driven. The agent, Radamus I believe his name is, contacted me to tell me that the issue was that my car needed alignment and to make it even better, I needed to also do a Balance and Rotate adjustment to ensure that the car does not shake. I picked up my car around 6: 25 PM. $178 later, Radamus told me that, the issue was that something by the passenger front tire was bent and was indeed the source of the vibration. He never mentioned any of this to me while we spoke on the phone TWICE during the day when he told me all I needed was a four wheel alignment and Balance and Rotate adjustment. Why was I getting these services done if they were not causing the problem I brought my car in for? When I asked why the issue was not brought up to me or even addressed, he responded that the guy who deals with this matter had already left. My car was there the whole day!!!! The car is shaking more now than it was before. now I am chatting with an agent who identified himself as Kadian K. I am trying to reach a manager or supervisor, and it has been 45 mns, the agent disappeared, and I am still waiting. Excellent service Honda Autonation of Sanford...NOT!! More

They took in my trade, sold me my new Honda CRV EX a I'd had a really bad experience buying my Spark, and Nancy Bunton & David Wiggins were wonderful! They took in my trade, sold me my new Honda CRV EX and I love it!! They were above and beyond my expectations. I'd highly recommend this dealership and also working with David & Nancy. Never Cares about Customers but ONLY TO MAKE MONEY The person in the finance was not clear enough with the insurance that he sold to me and my husband. What is clear to me and the sales person we talked to is very specific. So, my husband just signed the contract without me present. I was outside with my toddler. So, came home and after the next day, I reviewed everything and clearly enough, it was not the one we talked about. So, i need to cancel the insurance that has been added up to our final statement which is not clear to us. I called the Autonation and asked for that person, got transferred, no answer, i called the next phone number on the calling card, waited and line got lost, called again and waited and no answer. Emailed the person but was told that everything is final already. I called the bank and either cannot help me too. So, my husband went back to the dealership to have the insuramce cancelled. He was helped but not the person who sold us the insurance. We were told to call the insurance for follow up cancellation but the agent told us that they don't have that kind of insurance there. So, my husband kept on calling the sales person for a help but always told to look for certain person in the dealership. It was 2 weeks calling back and forth but no help at all. We went back again to the dealership for the third time today which is 1 1/2 hour from our house to ne told again that the person from cancellation was off today and been advised to call tomorrow morning, So up to now for 2 weeks,problem has NOT been solved. Bought 4 cars already for different dealership and never had this problem. Autonation Honda Sanford is the WORST DEALERSHIP we've ever been. After they get your money, that was it. They don't care anymore. More
