Customer Service? What happened ????!!! First off I made appointment to see Daryl Maranda who was not the person who sold my 2015 he was recommended by the lady who was no longer there. Secondly, pulling up a little Barbie pop tart was stationed outside the front entrance I thought she was on her break but she was a hunter I guess stationed there to look for customers no sales experience whatsoever back to her later. Asked for Daryl and he was out on a test drive ok me and my brother went to look around and here comes Barbie and she asks what are we looking to do and I told her who I came to see and it wasn't her! We told her we received solicitations to see about getting into a new car and possibly lowering my car payment which is $600 I have bad credit but I can pay and have been paying but wanted a lower note. She tells me well how much is owed and you're upside down yea yea we know that , she goes in to crunch the numbers and kept mentioning the LX hello I have the EXL v6 I'm not going back my car has 31,000 miles why would I want to do that? some may think for a cheaper note, but not if its not what I wanted and its worth it to drive what I want do not tell me what I need to drive she was too young to be so condescending and she didn't even try to appraise my car they didn't even bother looking at it and comes back with an insulting low ball offer??? Here's what your car is worth and this is what you'll pay with down payment. So of course I drove off in my mint shiny still new 2015 and Barbie was walking back to sit on her bench out front. Auto Nation if you're reading this get some experienced people, and now I see why the show room was empty. Thirdly, Daryl he never showed very disrespectful and unprofessional he even had a preceptee who showed his face but really a preceptee??? He didn't even know the features on the cars!!! Lastly I will go to another dealer and I will no longer be bringing Hugo there to be serviced as I got oil changed there every time it was due and please take my name off your mailing list. You actually did me a favor I'm still in love my 2015 EXL V6 E Fryer More
Air Bag Replacement In mid April i took my car in for maintenance, while there it was determined vehicle was included in air bag recall. I was told parts had to be ordere In mid April i took my car in for maintenance, while there it was determined vehicle was included in air bag recall. I was told parts had to be ordered and once they came in repair could be done. First week of August I get the call that the parts are in. I than contact service advisor to confirm parts are indeed in and I am told that if i make an appointment on a week day i need to drop off car before 3 pm and if i drop off on weekend need to drop off before noon. Made appointment for Saturday, August 6th and dropped off car at 11:30 am. At 1:00 pm get call that repair cannot be made because they do not have the parts. Really????? More

Over the weekend van battery light went on lights on dash where all flashing van shut off. Got a jump got home truck wouldn't start put battery on charger to get it to a dealership that would service my van. I gave them my vehicle protection plan they called they have no information on van. Called Honda spoke with Leslie she said she took care of it and still no protection plan.Its been 11 days and the protection plan still hasn't been provided.Seems to me they don't have their priorities straight and can't take care of customers.I will never buy a vehicle from auto nation cause of bad service and customer support. More
Air bag replaced n scratched up I went to get my airbag replaced and I come to see that they scratched up the whole dashboard where the airbag was replaced and they didn't even have I went to get my airbag replaced and I come to see that they scratched up the whole dashboard where the airbag was replaced and they didn't even have the courtesy to wipe it down and clean it up. I'm going to post some pictures and show you guys, this is just unacceptable you guys change your airbag and the scratch up my dashboard and you leave it a mess. More

Service Department My Honda was towed 4 times in a month for the same problem. The first time they replaced a part for close to $400 that they were surprised had to rep My Honda was towed 4 times in a month for the same problem. The first time they replaced a part for close to $400 that they were surprised had to replaced. The second time they replaced the battery. The third time they had to do a software update on the part they replaced the first time. The fourth time they said oops it was the starter all along and that costs $1200. BUT they don't stock starters and had to order one that took 2 days. BUT it's not our fault, the computer messed up. More

They are even letting us take car o get checked by our own mechanic to see if it's a good car. So far we have had nothing but great quick service with them despite all the negative reviews our visit was very nice. Now once we take it to our mechanic and he looks at it we will know for sure. But all in all Would definitely recommend them to others. More
