I was very doubtful of this, but about three weeks later he called at 8pm and said he had a great deal on a civic si trade in but it wouldn't last. I was thinking its 8pm and they close at 9pm. Brian assured me the car was in great shape and told me not to wait. I drove 45 minutes up there and the car was actually better than what I had imagined so I bought it. It was a great experience as far as car buying goes. More

Had a good experience with our salesman Bill, he was friendly without being pushy. Met a lot of staff from the attractive general manager, accounting and service dept. i appreciated the fact that while friendly without being pushy. Met a lot of staff from the attractive general manager, accounting and service dept. i appreciated the fact that while waiting , the receprionist handed us cold bottled water without me asking. I had heard a crunching noise when I applied the brakes in my HONDA FIT 2012. I made an appointment at this dealership. When I arrived and drove into the garage, I got out of my car and stood there with no in my HONDA FIT 2012. I made an appointment at this dealership. When I arrived and drove into the garage, I got out of my car and stood there with no acknowledgement from anyone. All 10-12 guys were busy looking at their computer screens. I finally said, "excuse me" and Mr. Jenkins looked up and asked me if I had an appointment. I told him yes that I was there for brake pads and had a coupon for $99.50. He told me that it would be $250.00 because I had to have the rotors done, too, I didn't have the money for that but he said if I didn't get it done my car would shimmy. So I said go ahead. I also had a coupon for an oil change, tire rotation, safety inspection and car wash. After speaking to my daughter on the phone she told me not to get the rotors done, so I told Mr. Jenkins that. He said OK and about 20 minutes later he came jto me and said they couldn't do my brakes because they couldn't get the pads. They called around and couldn't find any except at Coggins Hondo 30 miles away. They finished the oil change but didn't do the car wash because I told them I had to get to West Palm for a family emergency. I was charged $41.25 for this job. I left and went home and called another brake business. I went to them and they told me for pads, rotors and bearing pack, $109.50. They started to work on my car and I went next door shopping. The manager of the business came into the store for me and told me, I didn't need brakes that my pads were fine. He told me it didn't appear that my tires had been rotated so I told them to do it. They asked me for the wheel lock key which I had at home. Mr Jenkins never asked my about the wheel key. I was SCAMMED by this business and will never return and will spread the word. I am a single woman in my 60's and certainly thought I could trust a dealer. Well, I was wrong, it's all about the money to the big companies. SHAME ON YOU HONDA AUTONATION SANFORD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
I really had a very bad experience with this dealership. The sales rep was very nice and friendly but when we did not budge with the price he decided to get the finance person. The finance person came and asked if we could go higher than our budget. When we said we cannot, just like that, he shook my hand said thanks with a BELITTLING look on his face and quickly turned around went to his office. I was shocked, the sales rep was surprised as well concerning what the finance person just did! I never felt so unimportant in my entire life until that day. I think if we were white we could have been treated better by this finance person. This is my worse experience ever. We went to previous dealerships before this one but those dealerships treated us very well. If you want to be belittled this is the dealership for you. Btw, we got a very good deal with another Honda dealership in Orlando with the royal treatment. To AutoNation, there a lot of better qualified people out there than this person. You can do better. FYI, sites such as Yelp filter reviews of real people. Hope this site is different. More

I submitted through Edmunds requests for quotes from multiple dealers in my area of Orlando. AutoNation responded quickly and with a great quote. I went in that day and bought the car. Bobby, the sales manager, was very willing to do whatever I requested and Fernanda was the saleswoman I worked with who was awesome. No pressure to buy anything else, got me discounts on accessories, spent alot of time with me test driving and setting up the vehicle. She was always smiling. I met staff from all departments and they were equally as nice. A barbecue was going so on so I ate as well.:-) I even met the General Manager Julie who wanted to make sure I was having a great buying experience. I went to many dealerships where I was pressured and no one would work with me. This dealership was the complete opposite and I would highly recommend them! More

I dealt with many people along the way to finally get my problem resolved and everyone was extremely nice to deal with. The one person I will give a special recognition to is the Service Advisor Bob Garcia. He went above and beyond to help me get my issue resolved and I couldn't have done it without his help and persistence to get the issue fixed. He provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process and I would recommend working with Bob to anyone who services their car at this Dealership. Bob is a great example of what a Service Advisor and employee in the service department should be. He is professional, courteous, and has great customer service skills. Thanks again Bob for all of your help! More

He was clearly knowledgeable of his product and a pleasant person to talk to. Simply said, I had a good experience. I was prepared, with my price researched and my trade-in value as well. Sam's sales manager participated and we could agree on numbers. I was treated with respect and understood what was happening. The sales manager was Bobby Criddle, he was succinct in his explanation of my options, I enjoyed watching Bobby and Sam work together. The finance man, L. Guevvarra made a usually unpleasant task friendly and understandable. I am an example of a customer having had his expectations exceeded. The Honda CR-V is a great car and exactly what I was looking for. More
I first went to Coggin Honda and it felt like a car sweat shop. There were like 25 salespeople running all over the place but I didn't see any cars being sold. They were also trying to hustle me. The sales guy was nice though but he had to follow protocol from management I'm sure. I had been in touch with AutoNation as well and then contacted them after the not so good experience at Coggin, I contacted them again and was put in touch with Fernanda. I was dealing with someone else first via email and they gave my info to Fernanda. I'm glad they did! She was very friendly and she made me feel like I've known here already. Very personable and that is not something you find in car sales for the mostpart. She even wanted to make sure I made the right color choice. I questioned it and she said are you sure you want that color (Tiger Eye). Even after the sale she kept in touch to make sure everything was going well with my new Accord Coupe. I just sent her a message the other day when I had a question and she got back with me right away. Great customer service and this is after I went to another dealer that was playing games and trying to sell me accessories that I didn't want. That was the dealer mentioned earlier.
