I have been going to the Honda dealer as long as I've have had my CRV. The only ones I would trust with my vehicle. This the second Honda that I have bought here. The first experience in 2007 was good, but the service was so good over the six years that we decided to shop there for our new car. Only owned the 2008 Honda Civis for 6 months. Bought it from a private owner. The car overheadted and all the fluid was gone from the radiator. Called Honda and talked to Travis. He told us to have the car towed in, that it may be covered under an extended warranty. Sure enought it was a cracked block and it was fully covered under an extended warranty by Honda. The car was ready in 24 hours. Travis kept us informed right from the beginning and was GREAT to work with. I would hightly recemmend this dealership and especially Travis. More

I prefer to schedule my car service needs with Travis, but when Travis was out due to illness, Bob Garcia did an excellent job taking care of my car's maintenance issues. The service department in general seems to run efficiently and always delivers my serviced car in a timely manner. The best part of the getting my vehicle was being able to test drive it before I bought it and loving the interior of the car that made it look like new car. The part when I was Courtesy Honda that made feel like home and family was when my family got to speak with Skip and his life experience through the Navy and how he ended up at Courtesy Honda. Very good service. Had to bring the car back for detailing because first job wasnt good. Customer service manager Caro Ruggiero was great and made things right.
